Replacements & Refunds

We strictly adhere to LMRA regulations regarding the probationary period to ensure your peace of mind.

  • A free replacement is provided if the worker refuses to work or absconds within the official 90-day probationary period.
  • Medical unfitness discovered during the initial mandatory check-up guarantees a full refund or immediate replacement.
  • Refunds outside the conditions above are calculated on a pro-rata basis as mandated by local labor laws.

Important: The employer must not transfer the visa to another sponsor without our prior written consent during the probationary period.

Deployment & Arrival Process

Local Transfer

Processing for workers already residing in Bahrain typically takes 3 to 5 working days upon LMRA approval.

Overseas Recruitment

Standard deployment takes 21 to 45 days, subject to embassy processing times and flight availability.

Arrival Notice

Sponsors will be notified 48 hours prior to arrival. Receiving the worker from Bahrain International Airport is the sole responsibility of the registered sponsor.

Privacy Policy

Your personal and financial data is encrypted and never shared with unauthorized third parties.

Maid profiles and documents are accessible only to registered, verified clients.
